Ingredients

  • Fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine)

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Salami or pepperoni slices

  • Marinated artichoke hearts, drained

  • Kalamata olives

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzle)


Instructions

  1. Drain the mozzarella (if packed in water), artichoke hearts, and olives. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.

  2. Thread the ingredients onto skewers in any order. A good sequence is:

    • Mozzarella

    • Folded salami or pepperoni

    • Cherry tomato

    • Artichoke heart

    • Olive

    • Basil leaf

  3. Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter.

  4. Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze if desired.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
